Is there a microwave in the rooms?
The apartments and family rooms (with kitchenettes) do offer a microwave. All other rooms may have a microwave made available on request during business hours.
What time is check-in?
Official Check in is 2pm, however we are almost always ready by 1pm . Please feel free to call the night before or on the morning of your arrival to enquire further.

What are the opening times of the reception?
Our office is open from 7am to 7pm.
For late check in, please contact the motel on (02) 6652 1500 before 6pm to confirm key instructions. If the office is unattended on arrival before 7pm, contact the office by calling the motel number.
Can we arrange a late Check-in ?
During contactless check-in Covid restrictions, there will be an envelope on the reception desk in your name when you arrive. When the front door is locked (after 7pm) please walk to follow driveway from front entrance around to the right side of the building and access the reception area via the poolside entrance.
Does the motel have a lift?
No, all rooms (except 2 on ground level) are either on the first or second floor. There is always assistance available for your luggage . Call the motel number if reception is unattended.
Does the family room have 2 bathrooms?
No rooms in our complex offer two bathrooms. The Family room layout necessitates that those using the main room (Queen bed) must access the bathroom through the 2nd bedroom. Standard twin, Standard triples, Balcony Rooms and the Apartments do not require this type of access.
Do your rooms offer bathtubs?
All rooms are equipped with brand new bathrooms and showers but we no longer offer bath tubs or spa baths .
Do you have Foxtel?
Sorry, we do not. Smart TV offers many online viewing options utilizing your personal accounts.
How much is the pre-payment for a room?
The first night of all bookings are applied to the credit card, as deposit, at time of booking. The remainder is applied to the credit card on the morning of arrival date. Invalid credit cards can result in loss of booking .Please get in touch with us in regards to your booking to discuss any other arrangements..
Are you a pet-friendly motel?
So sorry but we cannot accept pets.
