Deposit
As a security deposit, the first night of all bookings is charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. It is fully refundable in accordance with the cancellation as per policy below.
Cancellations must be made:
By 2pm, 48 hours prior to the check in date for all one night bookings, 72 hours prior for multiple night/ multiple room bookings, 1 week prior for peak season, event and /or sporting bookings.
After these set times, the guest is liable for and will be charged for the first night’s accommodation for one night and multiple night bookings . For peak, event and/ or sporting bookings ( eg Christmas, Easter, Coffs Cup, Sporting Events etc), all booked nights’ accommodation costs will be charged.
